Peer Teacher Mentorship Set-Up and Execution:

​J6 Consulting facilitates monthly mentorship calls designed to connect teachers across schools, fostering a collaborative community of educators. Led by a senior educator, these sessions provide a supportive space for knowledge sharing, professional growth, and problem-solving. Teachers have the opportunity to exchange best practices, discuss challenges, and gain insights from their peers, enriching their teaching strategies and classroom management skills. By building these cross-school connections, the mentorship program encourages collaboration, boosts teacher confidence, and strengthens the overall educational network, ensuring educators are empowered to deliver impactful learning experiences for their students.

Training Sessions with Teachers:

At J6 Consulting, our workshops for teachers and staff are designed to cultivate a culture of growth, collaboration, and inclusivity within schools. Specializing in DEI-focused sessions, we offer a series of foundational workshops that emphasize a strength-based approach to teaching and leadership. These workshops are tailored to enrich educator skills, foster meaningful connections, and set a positive tone for the school year. Participants can explore topics such as "What is My Why?", "What Type of Leader Am I?", "Communication Between Parents and Teachers," and "Why is Vulnerability Important in My Classroom?" Additionally, we address critical dynamics like admin and teacher relationships and classified and certificated staff relationships. With a wide range of engaging, customizable workshops, we aim to equip educators with the tools they need to thrive in their roles and create impactful learning environments for all.
